CIS Prologger

With multi-channel monitoring, recording and an alarm system suitable for tempertaure and 4-20mA process applications - the Prolog System provides precise measurement solutions.

The device facilitates the monitoring of fridges, freezers, cold stores or other areas, depending on your needs. It logs temperatures automatically at a rate set by you, making manual checks redundant and saving staff time. Use of the Prolog improves public protection, ensures quality and consistency and guarantees the safety of your stock. It also enables food processing, storage and transportation firms to meet 'due diligence' and HACCP regulations which demand proof that safe temperatures have been maintained.

The Prolog can be set to record temperatures at intervals from once every minute to once every four hours, depending on your needs. Each unit has memory for up to 16,000 readings. Accurate to 0.2°C and with a wide operating range of -100°C to +200°C, the Prolog can meet all your needs. The system is very flexible - it can be set to measure other variables such as pressure or relative humidity, if required.

The Prolog can also monitor and record 'events' such as the opening and closing of a fridge door or cold store entrance. If the alarm is triggered, an internal buzzer alerts those nearby and when unattended the Prolog can be configured to dial out through the telephone network to a site manager or engineers. It is fail-safe: if the power is cut, the Prolog will continue to record while the alarm is automatically triggered. The time & date of each alarm trigger is recorded.

Readings can be downloaded to any office PC using straightforward software, where they can be displayed as graphs or spreadsheets. The Prolog is a cost-effective path to peace of mind.

The basic system is based on 4 channel Master module; each Master module supports 4 status digital inputs.

Communication

The master unit may be connected to one slave unit providing a total of 32 channel temperature monitoring as well as 32 status digital input. The Master unit will be connected to the RS232 serial port of the host PC. To expand the system the multi-drop RS485 configuration may be used.

CIS MonoLog 2

These dataloggers use the latest electronic technology and software, are compact, self powered and can measure and record almost every possible critical condition using a variety of internal and external sensor types. All Monolog loggers share a common data interface and software packages that offer basic or advanced features plus CFR11 validation if required.

CIS DigiTag

The DigiTag Datalogger are truly independent and therefore ideal for tracking critical temperature conditions of sensitive products during transport.

Easy Download Programming

With the DB9 connector on the back, your DigiTag Datalogger can plug directly into the serial port of you PC for programming and data down load USB to serial port adapter available at your local electronics store can be used for convenience or to connect to computers without serial port Console software available as a download free makes it is easy to download and program DigiTag Dataloggers. Continous back-ground logging to make key data available should the user forget to start the logger.

Multifunctional Display

Alarm status is always visible. Analyse recorded data by viewing the statistics on the multifunctional display: First button push for the highest average and lowest reading, second push for time spent over and under specifications limits. Standard display shows the latest reading, or the status of the logger (rdy when ready to start, d when waiting f for delayed start, stop after finishing recording)
